When you want accurate information about medical conditions, put the term PUBMED after the name of the condition.
This will give you access to research studies through the National Institutes of Health (NIH).
This bypasses all the quacks and unreliable posts.
Also do your search at The Mayo Clinic (https://www.mayoclinic.org/) and other Medical Centers.
But for the latest research from around the world, pubmed is your best bet.
