Hi,
I haven't posted in a while. I had some mild years, but 2021 is kicking my b@@@ in many different ways. I haven't felt this bad since 2015 when Sjogren's kicked in with all its might. A thing I cannot understand is pain behind my knee. I am used to the pain in my knee joints that I can somewhat control with analgesics and Voltaren arthritis. But the pain behind the knee is different. Dull and persistent. I cannot touch anything there, so no cysts or anything. It started at the left knee but the last few days my right knee started to hurt too. Same kind of dull pain behind the knee.
Anyone has had the same and has any suggestions on what it could be?
It sounds like you don't have any fluid in the back of the knee.
If you did I would say it could be a Bakers cyst and I have 2 and mine get huge and cause max pain.
Good luck
Someone here should have good ideas.
I would think that this would be a good time to see the doctor to get a diagnosis and treatment that will help. It could even be something unrelated to Sjogrens. There are blood vessels in our legs that can give us problems some times plus radiating pain from other parts of our body. Would be good to know what exactly is going on. Good luck. meirish
I cannot go to the doctor for a couple of months, so I was hoping someone here may have a helpful suggestion.
