Title: Chipped tooth
Post by: Cindy on January 13, 2020, 04:47:51 PM
I have one front upper tooth that high keep getting chipped. This is so concerning, is there something I can do to stop this from happening? I don't think my tooth is fixable anymore but I'm concerned about my other teeth.

I had one that chipped and then broke. The third time it broke I had it removed.

I had a chipped tooth and also a cavity between by front two teeth that gave me so may problems. I know that in earlier years they were bigger problems but in the more recent years there was new epoxy they used to fill the areas and lasted much longer.

If your dentist isn't helping I would ask questions and find a specialist that is able to save the tooth. Or, give you a good opinion as to whether you should save the tooth and what he could do to save it. Some dentists and specialists are better at some skills than others. I know that years ago my dentist was adequate...or so I thought. He really didn't do me any favors and probably encouraged my problems. He didn't care a hoot. Good luck. Irish
