Does anyone have igg4rd here? If so please share your value of igg4 blood test value with normal range for your lab?
Do share the medication that you received along with the response.
My igg4 value is 3g/L (normal range 0.2 to 2g/L)
My fibroscan value is 10kpa (Normal 0 to 6kpa)
My ANA, SSA, SSB,esr, CRP,hcv,hbv negative.
My symptoms : dry eyes, dry skin, dry mouth, myositis, urticaria, atypical face pain, discomfort/mild occasional pain in right upper abdomen just around bottom ribs
Most likely diagnosis : igg4RD

Very interesting to see your symptoms with that blood work. It sort of shows that there is dryness from other diseases than Sjogrens.

I did all the tests based on pubmed research papers. My right side upper abdomen discomfort pointed me to investigate liver, which is why i did fibroscan and AMA, igg4 blood tests.
Request others who are sero negative for ana, ssa, ssb to do fibroscan, ama and igg4 to rule out igg4RD (igg4 related disease)
