I saw my old MD doctor/Naturalpath today, he believes my autoimmune disease is being caused by Mycroplasma pneumonia which I tested for before. I previously got IVs of Ozone where they mixed my blood with O-Zone and infused it back into my body, it was very controversy but they do it a lot in London/Europe and at first I would feel significantly worse and then amazingly felt like my old self. I stopped because my doctor got very upset and said I can get a blood clot from this therapy. I can find no case of that happening and I got O-Zone shots for 10 years and that never happened. During that time I felt much better with a great deal more energy and far less autoimmune symptoms.
Just wondering if anyone here has done anything alternative like this it is called "major autohemotherapy". It is used in other countries a great deal for cancer and automimmune disease, and is being used more in the US with actual trials by the medical community for things like gout and eyesight issues, and everything'sit has been tested for has shown it improve in the condition.
Several decades ago I did hydrogen peroxide therapy. I was dealing with chronic pain and fibromyalgia. I mixed a drop or two with water and drank the water. It was developed by the Mayo brothers. It should be done under doctor supervision.
While I did reverse some symptoms for a brief period, I believe that the fresh carrot juice helped more and was easier on my system. The peroxide killed good as well as bad germs. I would not recommend it as there are other therapies.
If you have any mycoplasm infection you need to see an infectious doctor for treatment. This infections are very hard to treat and get rid of and need specific meds. Also, you need sputum acid fast cultures to see for sure if you have this.
I had Mycobacterium kansasii back in 2005 and had to be on meds for one year. These meds need to be taken religiously in order to get rid of this infection. This infection is a slow multiplier and grows very slowly. I also had mycobacterium gordonae a few years later which was not treated at the time as this was felt(at the time) not to be an infection that could be fatal but one that could be lived with.

It might be time to get a second opinion from an immunologist. Also, infections are often thought to be the culprit when it comes to precipitating autoimmune diseases, but in my case I feel that a head injury and skull fracture at age 21 was the stressor that kicked mine in. Also, after I was treated for one year for the kansasii infection I saw immunologist who tested me in many ways and found that I had immune deficiency and had severely low t cells and low IgG levels. These are 2 types of blood cells that help fight off infections. This explained why I had so many infections for all those years. Just a thought. Good luck Irish
