Title: Debilitating fatigue- ADVICE
Post by: Jeigh44 on May 28, 2018, 03:54:56 PM
Hi, I am a 36 year old personal trainer, and over the past month I have been dealing with debilitating fatigue.  Today I was at the grocery store and it was almost like I was so fatigued that I couldn't even walk.  Is this what you deal with?  I just had every blood test known to rule out other causes and everything came back ok.  The only positives where my ANA of 1:640, and my low C3.   Any info, on the fatigue, would be much appreciated, as I have never had it this badly.  Thanks.

Justin

Some times it is like that. I have found that Cistanchi can help. Look it up before trying. Make sure that there are no problems with what you are currently taking. Ask a health care professional. Make your own educated decision.

I think it can sometimes be like that.   I have days where I feel I have to drag myself around and force myself to do things.

Have you done anything to adapt your lifestyle to this tiredness?

Also - and I am not for a second suggesting this isn't a real physical tiredness - are there any psychological pressures on you at present?   Anxiety can make everything just that bit worse.

I take a nap in the morning, one in the afternoon and one in the evening. They can be from 15min to an hour.

I have not been able to work around the house for about 2 years. About 3 years ago I quit driving as I did not want to cause an accident. at that time a bone spur broke on my right ankle and made it difficult to work the gas on the car.

I use a number of treatments (see my signature) which have helped with the fatigue. I'm not where I used to be, but can generally get through the day as long as I'm not in a flare. I find that diet, quality and quantity of sleep, low stress, and moderate exercise make a considerable difference, in addition to my alternative therapies.

Are you just getting diagnosed? With an ANA that high and a low C3, you probably have pretty active disease. Auto immune diseases do give fatigue for most people.   Get plenty of sleep,  take it easy on yourself and back off the exercise. Sometimes anemia can happen, so get checked for that as well. Sorry this is happening to you.  Fatigue has been   rough for me too and Vitamins helped me. I was low on B Vitamins.
