Has anyone used the infrared sauna and what were your results?
It seems my Doctor is going to have one put in her office complex so she can monitor her patients that use the sauna, and I believe that one is being put in at one of my PT's facilities.
I was hoping to hear anyones experiences using such a device, either positive or negative. I don't intend to be one of the first to use the sauna and was wondering
if there are special warning signs that would let you know that this was not for you.
If anyone has had experience with the machine I would be thankful if you might share your knowledge as I do not have the medical background that I should for
trying to make the proper decision.
Thank you
I don't know anything about the sauna, but I was listening to a doctor the other day talking about a sauna was the way to rid the body of impurities. I guess one way of getting out some chemicals etc. He was talking about that along with whole foods way of eating.
I always would have stayed away from using one just thinking of how it would deplete my body of my moisture. I am mostly just referring to a regular sauna though.

Thanks for writing,
You are right on the moisture as with this sauna you are to be drinking water and make sure you do not get dehydrated. Somehow, your body makes the heat. I
don't really understand it which is why I am looking for any information I can find on this. It is supposed to help with circulation and I can not remember what all it
can do. Since I tend to react to most things I'm always not happy to have to try something new and generally I'm not pushed into anything I'm not sure of.
I don't necessarily trust what you read on the intranet. I think it is better to be safe than sorry. I will not be trying this out until I see how much information I can get
Thanks again
I have heard reports of people using it to detox from mold exposure.
Don't recall hearing any negative reports from users, but these things are always
very individual as far as response and reactions.
I suffer from heat intolerance so I'm pretty certain it would give me a flare.
It does sound interesting though.
Let us know if you gather any useful information on it.
I did the infrared only a couple of times so I cannot tell you any results for such a short time. I can say a couple of years ago I felt great going into the regular sauna. It was my first time knowing I could sweat again. I had to drink plenty of water and my nutritionist said eat plenty of drink plenty of watermelon. It helped with my horrible swelling. I would like to start doing it again. Also, I felt better when I was eating better. That being said I'm getting back to juicing and taking my supplements. It helped put me back on my feet and with all my new horrible flares i need get rid of the sugars and other unnatural things in my body.
