Please participate and lets see how many of us face the fatigue as a sjogren symptom.

Hi Happylife, I've just replied to your personal message about symptoms, however none of my messages seem to show up in my Sent box, so I hope you receive them.

Yes I suffer from fatigue, some days I can not participate in any activities. All I can do is move from the bed to the couch, shower and back to the bed or the couch, feels like the flu with no other symptoms or any activity that I had energy for is quickly used up and I suddenly become very tired.

Dear happylife, you are full of curiosity!

I do have fatigue every day, not from doing a lot of stuff, but as part of my 'conditions'.  Today I have both fatigue and pain, and maybe also depression.

I can't understand why I'm having pain, since I have good pain medication (low dose Naltrexone) and don't get sick anymore.

Of course, I'm always trying to figure out WHY I feel the way I do.

Maybe I will be better tomorrow.

I was going to exercise at the fitness center, but since I feel so bad, I think I'll wait until tomorrow.

I hope everyone else is feeling great!

Hugs,  Elaine

What is the definition of fatigue you are using here? I never feel as energetic now as when I was healthy, but I only experience the 'I can't bring myself to do much of anything' level of fatigue during flares and illnesses.

also for me its difficult to define my fatigue. everything slowly changed  in the last four years and also energy. in my opinion for what concerns me its stress, lack of relax. all the normal things are no more normal.im stressed when i eat because im afraid to get strangled, im stressed when i go to sleep because i have to sleep on my side because of sleep apnea while i slept for sixty years on my back, so i go to bed with tennis balls around me that should keep me in  right side. im stressed by mucous that makes so difficult to rest at night, im tired from peripherical neuropathy, from tendinitis , etc. and years are passing and i do not go towards  youth but the other side. may be there is also fatigue from sjogren but i do not want to think about, not yet, its sad to accept that i can do less things. in fact, looking around me and looking to what we are living in the world i wonder what is NOT sad
