Title: Fish oil
Post by: Kristina09 on April 04, 2018, 04:38:14 PM
Hi all.  My eye doctor suggested I start taking fish oil, there are so many to choose from, does  any one have a preference of which one they use? Thanks

I have found Ultra Omega-3 Fish Oil 2000mg Supplement /w 800 EPA + 600 DHA + Vitamin E (120 Softgels) Triple Strength to be very helpful for my eyes. I take two in the morning and two in the evening, so one bottle is a one month supply for me. Sometimes it's on sale for 20-30% off. I stock up when the sales are during colder and cooler months because I order it from Amazon.

I hope you find something that works for you.

I have a bad reaction to fish oil so I take Flax seed oil. The brand that costco and others sell. I take 2-1400 unit gelcaps twice per day. (In this dose it lowers my cholesterol better than statins).

As to help with Eyes, I hope it helps with them also. I still have to limit screen time and sun exposure.
