Title: What is our immune system up-to? Let's take a peek.

This is especially relevant for seronegative cases of SS.

Recently I have been reading an introductory book about the immune system.

How the Immune System Works - By: Lauren M. Sompayrac

It explains everything very well. And as I was reading I was thinking, why can't we just physically look at the cells and see what is happening? Is there a microscope that is powerful enough to do that?

Well here is the answer. Recently such a microscope that works with laser has been developed and is already being used to study AI.

QuoteA new type of microscope, capable of illuminating living cell structures in clear detail, could provide insight into autoimmune diseases and lead to new treatment options.
Researchers from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus believe this new tool? a custom Stimulated Emission Depletion (STED) microscope?could set the stage for future treatment discoveries and visualize antibodies that cause the rare autoimmune disorder neuromyelitis optica, which can result in paralysis and blindness.

I really hope they use this in a clinical setting in the future. Or the research will be able to identify what exactly should be tested for in the blood.

If Joe is reading, we might soon be able to put your theory of nanobacteria to the test!
