I'm planning to make eye drops with raw honey & distilled water.
Then put a couple of drops of the solution in the eyes.
Has anyone tried doing this for their dry eyes?
I've just been trying aloe vera gel on eye lids & under eyes, didn't seem to help.
May try again now I'm not in the office environment.
I've an aloe vera plant in the garden.
Keep trying they say!

I'm currently using an eye drop that contains manuka honey.
I posted about it before and highly recommend it!
Regular honey will not help, it must be manuka honey and a certain strength and amount.
Best to order the drops.
Yes, I ordered & tried the manuka honey eye gel.
Stung so much I gave them a miss.
Maybe I should try the manuka honey "drops"
Are the drops working well for you Sharon.
What was the name again please?

The gel is super strong! I haven't tried it yet but have ordered it.
The honey drops I am currently trying: Optimel is the name.
I have been using 1 drop at night and 1 in the morning as suggested.
So far they seem to be promising though they do sting a bit at first.
Seems to help some with my eyelid swelling as well!
I want to try them longer before recommending them though.
I have heard some do very well on them.
The preservative in the Optimel manuka honey eye drops puts me off trying them.
I don't usually use drops with preservatives.
