Sounds promising. The current products that cause vasoconstriction feel harmful to my eyes and my ophth agrees. B&L say this: "The new low-dose brimonidine formulation appears to provide greater microvessel constriction at mucosal surfaces and is thought to retain more optimal blood flow from larger feeder vessels," I hope it lives up to the hype!
Yes, current options are harmful.
