Hello,

I am having dry eyes, dry mouth, dry nose since 5 months.

medication : vitamin b12 (1500mcg/day tablets), Restasis, Multivitamin tablet.

Since last one month i am having about 20 acne spread across my head and face. most are red in color and one or two with yellow heads. I have mild pain on the right side of my face and in my right side of neck.

Are these acne and mild face pain part of sjogren symptoms? or possibly vitamin b12 overdose or not related to either?
