How responsive is Sjogren's inflammation to stress? I just got back with my cat from the vet, and I'm very anxious because he may have a serious illness. Now my hands are throbbing ... Can stress and worry increase symptoms very quickly?

Thank you. I need some reality checking sometimes. For so many years, I thought what I was feeling was in my head. :-\
The doctors try to convince us that it is all in our head.
But stress causes very physical reactions. So while our anxiety may start in our head, stress seems to be something we "wear". How could it not cause reactions in our body?
