The last time I went to my endocrinologist he said my DHEA was low, but hesitated to do anything about it. He said it was a touchy thing for women. He said if I wanted that I could take some for about a month then quit. He was so not helpful that day though that we never went back to him. lol..

I tried that about 8 years ago from an integrative doctor, she did some hormone testing on me and was able to compound a DHEA cream. I can't recall how it effected me but I know I didn't continue with it, but I tried estrogen and progesterone too and didn't like them as well.....pretty sensitive to hormones. but I think its worth a try, especially if you tend to tolerate things well.

I take sublingual drops that I buy from Willow Tree. Message me and I can give you the link.
