Title: Primary care doc in San Francisco
Post by: deniselb on October 03, 2016, 11:11:37 AM
My rheumatologist is good but my primary care doctor has really let me down.  I don't think he knows anything about Sjogren's and has been dismissing symptoms that should have been addressed. Does anyone have an internist in the city who they feel is able to treat a Sjogren's patient?

Denise,

Here is the name of the contact person for the San Francisco Bay area Sjogren's Syndrome Support Group. You might want to touch base with her. A lot of times the group facilitator, as well as the support group members know the names of good docs who are familiar with SS.

Just a thought.
