I am reading Sj?gren's Syndrome Novel insights in Pathogenic, Clinical and Therspeutic Aspects. It is very up to date, and containis the latest research and trestments. It is also very academic and technical with a lot of complex immunology. It is definitely not an easy read.  I only wish all of my doctors were this knowledgable and up to speed. It makes me realize just how complex this disease is, and how much research still needs to be done.

Sorry I did not realize you were not to post where to buy books. I actually purchased it from a scientific website, but thought the other would be easier to access. It would be nice if I proofread my posts as well, or at least used spell check. It is a great book nevertheless.
