Hello there. To all you superheroes, how do you de-stress yoirself with all this going on? I'm planning to get a pet hamster for my depression. It's been tiring, literally. Do share :)

Oh, I do like being referred to as a superhero!  If only I had a superpower. 

Stress does make everything much worse, doesn't it?  Let's see now.

I take a walk with my dog. Some days it seems impossible to get going, but once I'm outside I feel so much better.  Outdoors, in nature, moving, with my pal Andy.

I meditate too.  And when I need to, I talk with a professional who can help me sort out my negative stuff.  Things like the grief, guilt, anger.  All the things one can experience while living with chronic illness.

And I keep my surroundings simple, organized, and decluttered.
