I love my youngest grandson but he does tend to share germs. No matter how often we tell him to cover his cough, he just does not.
We babysat on Wednesday, we got home late, Thursday I did not use my killer tones. Today I just had no energy and could not figgure out why. Around suppertime it hit with a vengence. Sore glands and choaking drainage. I brought out the zapper and started treating. It is now manageable. I still have more treatments ahead of me. I hope I wipe it out tonight.
Joe the little kids sure can be that way. When I use to work at school they came with everything, and I ended up almost always getting it even though I kept this huge bottle of hand sanitizer on my desk.
I hope you do get it under control before it gets worse.
I will be zapping again tonight.
My grandchildren who live close by are 1 and 3. The oldest goes to pre-school and he brings home everything . My hands get scrubbed non stop when I watch them.
It's difficult for them to understand it makes gramma feel icky.
Those kids just bring everything home with them don't they!
I hope you can get feeling better, Joe. Here it is a holiday also. Stay in and stay warm. Irish
I am better today. Back to normal Sjogren's symptoms. I will treat again today for good measure. Some times it is amazing how fast they work when you catch it early.
Wow Joe - so glad to hear you are feeling better. Are you able to post the tones website here or pm me with the information? I find it interesting and would love to give it a try...I have three children of my own - 11, 9 and 6 and right now the house is a petri dish of the flu from my 11 yr old and the croup from my 6 yr old!
Hoping you continue to feel better.
Kim
Joe,
I'm new here so I' m unfamiliar with "zapping" and tones. Sounds like it really works. Could you explain what it is? Thanks!
The kill tones come from Hulda Clarks book "The Cure for all Disease". When the AMA had the US Government put her in Jail and pulled her book, her son posted it on the web, Free to all. I could email you a copy. It is large. To use these frequencies you need a frequency generators. I use the velleman pcsgu250 as I can program the frequencies that I wish to use with DC offsets. Other frequency generators will work if you can easily switch frequencies.
My web site has the Darius Dinshaw "Let There be Light" tones. Sales of the book help support a monistary. The tones (meridians) are on my website as Toneations. The Rife tones (chakras) can also be found on my web site as LED frequencies. The Consolidated Annotated Frequency List (CAFL) can be found on the internet. I used the NCH tone generator to create these tones as it only cost $30US at the time. I do have some tones made up as mp3 files. The Sjogrens tones identify the difference between male and female. My web site is www.chakraforce.com
The tones are based on several alternative therapy concept. I have rough draft of a book (about 700) pages on alternative theories and therapies. It is the result of 30 years of part time research on alternative therapies. This can be sent by email also.
I am a firm believer that as consenting adults, we all have the right to choose our own path to health and healing, however, I am personally very happy to know that the US and the Mexican governments attempted to shut down Hulda Clark's practices.
It's ironic that a person who claims to have the cure for all cancers (and in fact - 'all disease') should herself die from multiple myeloma. Apparently one of her sons is carrying on her business - not surprising since her income was estimated at $7M, so it was obviously very lucrative.

Back to the topic at hand: Yes, children do sometimes seem to be little germ factories :-\ I had four daughters and in their younger years a lot of viruses swept through our home - although somehow we managed to miss pinworms and lice. Whew! But by the time they got to age 10(ish) - we had all built up our immune systems and rarely got sick anymore.
Since I don't spend a lot of time around children anymore (grandchildren all live hundreds of miles/km away) - the workplace and other public places are my greatest risks. Kids may not be great at covering their mouths when they cough or washing their hands, but I can assure you the same can be said for a lot of adults ;)
I have SS and some very possible issues with low immunity.
Little children are big time germ carriers and highly problematic for me.
I'm around my grandson and his little cousins rather frequently. I've had rather significant improvement avoiding colds by doing the following:
1. Using wet ones (wipes) and wiping my hands every 15 -20 minutes when in their presence.
2. Taking oil of oregano tablets a day before seeing them and on days I see them
3. Rinsing my mouth out with baking soda mixed with water after seeing them
4 avoiding touching my face when seeing them
5. Taking extra vitamin c on days I see them and a zinc losenge or two
6. Avoid sugar intake in general and eat more veggies...but am extra strident when I know I will see them
7 After a visit with little kids, I throw my clothes in the washing machine and wash them. I either take a shower or scrub my face, neck arms and hands.
8 avoid children if they have a cold
9 if I've been duped, and they have a cold, I leave ASAP, I take a shower (for sure), wash my hair, take tons of vitamin c, a zinc tablet and losenze, and also take Umcka (not sure of spelling) an Indian herb that shortens the duration of colds. ...basically all the stuff above only moreso.
All this helps.
I know of quite a few adults who are germ factories. I get so sick of ducking and diving when people sneeze or cough without covering their face. I am a bit ocd about that. Also when i go to supermarket on weekly shop which is usually on a Thursday afternoon, you can bet your bottom dollar someone just HAS to sneeze or cough in my vicinity and Come Saturday I often feel yukky as if I'm going down with something. I feel sooooooo sorry for the poor checkout assistants as they are constantly in the firing line for everything going. Oh and I usually take an anti-bacterial wipe to clean around the trolley handles..but I still manage to succumb?. >:( Hope you feel better soon Joe. :)
I am better as I said.
Head2toe: How much does the AMA make from treating people with cancer? How many die during those treatments? What is their cure rate?
Not every treatment has a 100% cure rate. If that were the case, we may not have auto immune diseases.
As I have said so many times, we are at war with disease, so do everything you can to win your war with disease.
nomad: some good tips.
Little children ARE germ factories, Joe.
The best thing that happened to me is my monthly infusion of IVIG. Now I don't get sick at all. But I still get !@@@##!%^&& Flares.
Flares are marginally better than being sick of course. I used to have both. So I'm better off.
But kids ARE germ factories. Mothers with small children are always getting sick. And of course teachers of small children.
And small children.
Hugs, Eaine
Joe - I agree there is no magic bullet, and that was actually my point. I don't subscribe to any 'one' path, and in fact, as I've said before I believe that health/well being/healing is much more complex than any one path can comprehend or address.
Regarding germs: In 2012 and 2013, I think I caught every virus that hit our office (approximately 500 employees). In 2014 - although my body felt like I had been run over by a truck and my brain was often functioning through a thick fog, I somehow avoided the viral outbreaks while people around me dropped like flies. I wish I understood what made the difference :-\
Joe,
Thanks for the information.
I believe that there is so much we don't know about the way things work and their interrelationships, that I'm willing to at least take a look at alternatives that are not outright harmful.
As for germ factories, I feel like I'm surrounded by them every time I go out. I'm a firm believer in hand washing. I wash my hands the minute I walk in the door. Unfortunately this doesn't help when someone sneezes in your face...
Glad you're feeling better!
I live with four germ factores on a farm with all the muck and manure a farm is famous for 8). Haven't been sick with a cold a day since I got sick with the big flare in 11. Maybe you all need my little germ babies to come live with you so you will be immune to everything! :P Guess I better keep one so I don't keep getting sick. I have even doctored them through the flu and strep which I have had a long time ago so feel quite likely to catch and stayed well.
Now if only the Sjogrens and PCOS could go away I would feel human lol!
4Kids - Great comment! I was actually going to mention the benefits of a little muck and dirt in one's life. Or more specifically, I was going to point out the drawbacks of the extreme measures our 'modern' society has gone to to clean/sterilize everything to avoid germs. Although there are some exceptions to every rule, extremes are rarely a good thing - even where germs are concerned.
