Title: Dry eye medication entering phase 3
Post by: DryGuy on May 13, 2014, 11:41:19 AM
For those who suffer with dry eye disease there is a new therapeutic which is now entering phase 3 clinical trials.  The compound is called MIM-D3 and stimulates the production of mucin. I'll provide a link to the company site speaking of this.

Now I'd like to see more products like this and restasis for the mouth and nose.

This looks great, thank you for posting.  I checked on clinicaltrials.gov and it appears this study has finished recruiting and is due to complete this summer.  Hopefully it will be a positive trial and result in a beneficial product!
