Hey Sjoggie-mates.
I just saw the article that I was interviewed for locally (here in Pittsburgh). Interestingly enough, the newspaper must have a connection to the Atlanta Daily Journal, as it was posted there also. The reporter didn't get every detail exactly as I gave it to her, but I think she did a nice job.

I think it is important to keep spreading the Sjogren's word as much as we can. :D

Very nice article. So much important information to promote awareness. It looks like the reporter painted a good picture of symptoms. I am willing to bet that some reader will be able to relate to the info in the articles and perhaps get diagnosed.
Too bad I am so far from Pittsburgh. We don't have support groups anywhere near here and I don't have the energy to start one. You are providing a wonderful service.
SjoDry, Thanks so much for taking the time to interview for the article, thus bringing more awareness to Sjogren's. I am so looking forward to the day when people (including medical professionals) don't respond with "Sjogren's, whats that?"
Also, thank goodness for celebrities like Venus Williams, who are willing to talk about their diseases in the public eye and bring them to the attention of the world.
Nice Job!
Good article.
I am glad when people are well informed that sjogrens is more than;
chew gum for dry mouth
eye drops
most don't know about the pain aspect, fatigue, etc....

What a great job!
Every newspaper needs to have access to this!
Increased awareness will help lead to a better understanding of this disease and quite possibly better treatment!
Blessings SjoDry!

Wonderful, SjoDry! ;)
Thank you for sharing with us, and thanks for helping spread the word. As said, maybe we will begin to have fewer people saying "Show-what??"
