I live in the city - a large european capital on a heavily trafficated road with presumably a lot of pollution etc.
I have always been a city girl, but I have just spent a weeks holiday by the sea and I can definitely feel the difference. I can breath again...
How are you affected by where you live? How do you feel in the city vs. the countryside?
Moving would be a huge step for the whole family. Especially financially

"I could breathe again" that would be enough to send me scurrying off to pack up my belongings and head to the country or seaside.
It is well known that towns and cities are heavily polluted, whereas the country air is pure and sweet.
Alas we cannot all up sticks and move, so we make the best of things, and you probably have a better chance of getting medical attention quicker in the cities than the country , so there is a lot to consider if one moves or not.
In answer to your question tho' I do honestly feel much better in the country side. Dolly x
I live in the country but unfortunately many of the farms use pesticides so not ideal at all. My PCP thinks that my AI diseases were triggered as a child growing up right next to fields that were heavily sprayed.
I live in the woods now, much cleaner air.
It was probably the effect of the saline that helped you "by the sea"

With our dryness, in the country I find I breathe in more pollen than I used to and such...and not able to 'blink' it away as well. I need to dust way more away from the city...but, then I lived on the 15th floor.
There are probably nice areas outside the city, less pollution.
It is not easy. First of all we can't afford to move right now.
Second, I have pollen allergies. Just the thought of living on the country near big grass field makes my eyes hurt.
We have a summer house near the sea, but when the grass pollen hits, I can't stand to be there, because of the high grasses.
Ideally I just want to live on a cliff in the middle of the ocean, but that might be a bit far to get to work ;D
In addition to pollen, mold is another allergy that those living in the country can suffer from. I know from a former physical therapist that barometric pressure can affect pain.
