Title: Suzy Cohen Recommendations for Sjogren's (Padma Basic, Etc.)
Post by: janny on January 17, 2013, 08:41:15 AM
Hi. Just wondering if anyone has seen this or tried either of these two products. I'm thinking it's probably just another goosechase. dearpharmacist.com/2008/10/04/tibetan-herb-may-help-autoimmune-disorders-heart-disease/

It consists of two products: Padma Basic and Phyto? Complex made out of mushrooms.

I know she is a well respected pharmacist and has a column in some newspapers. Thanks.

janny...sounds interesting. Thanks for the heads-up I will be reading up.

Studies look interesting and positive.

Trying to find the original Manufacturer, a Swiss company.
Not sure what this FDA seizure notice comes down to for all the products on the US market? However, the notice does state the product does not enter the US with info, and may be considered a drug? Sounds like someone wants a patent.

If you have any issues with mold, yeast....I'd stay away from mushrooms!!!
