Thanks for sharing - when this first came out earlier this year, I jokingly told my rheumy, "Hey, I have great news! I don't have Sjogren's!" I only have the positive blood work (ANA greater than 1:1280, SS-A, RF), so I only meet 1 of those 3 scores. Mention of biopsies or any kind of eye staining has never even been suggested, and he just laughed and told me he still makes the diagnosis because that criteria is mostly for research purposes.
