Title: Zyflamend
Post by: gold55 on May 27, 2012, 10:26:52 PM
Hi,
Does anyone take New Chapter's Zyflamend for inflammation?  I have been reading about it and wondered if anyone trying alternative medicine had taken this?

My rheumy recommended this actually and I know she takes it daily. I never tried it, but but my mom has been taking it for over
2 years now and really likes it. Seems to help with her joints/pain.

I have been taking it for a couple years and really like it. It doesn't work as well as NSAIDs, but I do notice a difference in general achiness and inflammation. Some studies also say Tumeric (a main ingredient) helps discourage cancers as well. I figure it won't hurt and gives me enough of a benefit to make it worth paying for, at least for me.

It's supposed to be good. I know of many who swear by it. I'm very sensitive to herbs, so I'm afraid to try this one. I take NOW brand curcumin with success.
