I also find this article informative. I saw TheraTears in one section and wondered if this was produced by the inventor of TheraTears. For 2004, it has substantial information. It's surprising how much information and new products (dryeyestore dot com) are actually quite new.
My dry eyes are 12 years old and started about a month after Lasik surgery. A few years later, Sjogrens came into the picture. In the beginning, Lasik doctors denied any connection between the eye surgery and dry eyes. If many of us had not been so riled from the sudden onset of painful Lasik dry eye, we probably wouldn't have all the things we have now. Twelve years ago, there was very little to help, a couple of types of artificial tears.

I'm sorry about your lasik results. I understand the effects can be quite severe. At least some greater good for society came out of the very bad situation for so many. It is truly an ill wind that blows no good. You might also find these eye articles interesting. I just feel like I never have enough information.
