One of the girls in my office just called me to tell me that on a recent show Dr. Oz touted the use of raspberry tea for mouth sores. I added the link above.

Wow, that is great news. I do love my Tea. I don't so much get mouth sores but maybe it will help with other inflammation, especially of the stomach?

Yay, will try that. Thanks for sharing.

Yes, but how do you get raspberry tea without sugar or additives?

simple! dry organic raspberries during their season and brew them throughout the year.

I grow plenty as the leaves are very  helpful for pregnant women and those going through menopause. making your own teas is very economical and the best way to ensure pure fresh ingredients

I seen some raspberry plants in bagged dirt things like they do rose bushes at walmart the other day. I forgot are they bushes or vines? I was mainly noticing the grape vines, because my dad thought about planting some of them. I also seen blackberry bushes, but we have wild blackberries here.

I love Celestial Seasonings tea found in the instant tea section next to Liptons, etc.

I buy the Raspberry Zinger bags which contain no caffeine and have a couple of other herbs in them. This tea is awesome and I can get 2-3 big cups from one bag. Irish ;D

P.S. You will find coupons for this brand of tea off and on so if you use this brand watch for them.
