Title: I just went on a very nice trip (not so much)
Post by: WildThing on March 13, 2012, 04:46:17 PM
I sprayed anti bacterial stuff into my fridge earlier and got some on the floor which made it sticky so when I went into the kitchen I went flying ad landed on the floor.  I didn't hurt myself too much fortunately but those who know I've got oCD will know I would not like coming into contact with the floor as I have a fear of it because of  contamination.  I had to change my clothes I feel yucky but I didn't go quite as barmy as I could Harv done over it I must say.

Oh WildThing,

Flying off your feet and landing on the floor doesn't sound fun at all!  I sure hope tomorrow doesn't find you with bruises.

Don't you just hate it when cleaning "gets dangerous?"  :P
Take care of yourself.

My whole flat is a danger zone.  I'm amazed I haven't fallen down before.  My left hip is sore although I don't see a bruise it is rather sollen and my left shoulder hurts.  RRRRRRR  >:(

It may take a bit for the bruising to appear. Falls are common with Sjogrens.

Well watch this space, getting more sore by the minute.

Vitamin C helps to reduce and heal bruising.

Actually I'm taking Vit C already so I'm guessing I'd be a lot worse off if I hadn't been taking it.  I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and normally a fall=dislocated joint but I am pretty sure the Vit C is helping with my connective tissue.
