I always say I don't know what a flare is. I don't have them --or else I am in a flare all the time.
Many days I stay in my pjs and go no where and just lie on the couch so no wonder it's hard for me to tell.
Today, I got up and took meds and went back to bed. (Usual) When I woke up about 11, I got up and could hardly walk. Both knees are very sore. They are both implants. My right elbow is sore and I can hardly move that arm. I think I "snapped" it a day or so ago. I remember it snapping and now it's all sore. I had a bear of a headache and just now got out of bed at 5:30. I couldn't sleep a wink last night and won't be able to tonight.
My hubby is making supper and afterwards I am going to take a hot bath. I have trouble getting out of the tub because of my knees, but with help I can manage it. Good thing is I have an appointment tomorrow with my cancer doc for my 6 month check up and they do blood tests and examine me. I'll mention my feeling crappy to her. The weather is also very volatile. It was cold yesterday, 61 today and will be 40 tomorrow and not sure how that's helping me feel bad. I don't know what to think. Any thoughts if this might be a flare? I know I may know more to see how long this lasts. Also freezing for the past two days.

It's strange, but me and my husband have both felt like that lately. He has other issues, but we both were feeling worse and for a longer duration than usual.
Oh, well I did forget we both carried into our house a big cabinet a few days ago. We had to carry it all the way around, because it wouldn't go through our back entrance.
After we got it to the front of the house, we had to carry it up a big flight of stairs to our porch. This was not fun for either of us. We didn't have help, and didn't want to find any. lol....
Our bodies were not happy. But we got our pretty cabinet at a steal of a price. :)

G'day eyeamdry, just like the Sun, a flare can take different forms. The intensity can be varying. Also Just like the Sun a flare is damaging. Sorry you are having all that trouble. I hope you will feel better soon.
