Title: Dr Robert Frost Power Point
Post by: paperdoll on January 04, 2012, 04:11:58 PM
Hi there,

I just thought this was a great PowerPoint.  Perhaps to share with our families or friends about our life with Sjogren's.

http://dry.org/DrRobertFoxUtahSSF.pdf

page 43+ mentions the types of systemic treatments...
love that he is promoting patient participation and support with community afterwards.

This may especially good for folks that do not have a diagnosis yet. Or do but would like to review treatment options...
Perhaps they can email, copy to disc or print front back or 2 pages onto each paper page front and back
and send to doctor before their appointment (for review) or when we check-in or even with the Doctor?

I am blessed that I have an efficient Doctor that listens to me - it took awhile but I found her.

Bravo Dr. Fox :)

PS Remember to tell all your Specialists everything you do
to feel better
and what makes you feel worse -
make sure EACH Specialist has the same story and Medication list!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for sharing!  Though for a split second I was hoping it might be in iambic pentameter or some other type of poetry.  Sjogren's poetry probably wouldn't be very entertaining.  :(

Hey there is a lady online I saw did poetry.  It was beautiful and touching.  She was on some forum that has many health challenges - not sure which one though... They were hopeful and sad mixed. If I can find her I will post a link!
