Title: Where do you get a polar fleece mump scarf?
Post by: Tempez on December 27, 2011, 06:19:07 PM
This has been recommended but I have not found one.  I am thinking with my glands swelling to the size of my fists, this may be helpful to me.  SOOOO tired of looking like a chipmunk.

It is just a polar fleece scarf that is tied over the top of your head. It needs to be wide enough to keep your chin, cheeks and ears warm at night. This helps your body take care of the infection.

You can purchase at fabric stores a half yard of polar fleece and the edges do not need to be finished. Usual width of fleece is 60".  Give it a try, it sure makes a difference to keep my ears and cheeks warm.

Have now started using a ski mask this winter as am using a CPAP machine and less bulky with ski mask, eye mask and CPAP. OMG, what we do to alleviate some of our pain! ???

Thanks will be looking into it.  I would stand on my head to get relief!  Spent Christmas day with a heating pad on high on my face.
