That is a very interesting article. It makes a lot of sense.
I think I might just start adding some protein powder or organic red meat. I used to be one of those that did not eat red meat and only minimal chicken or fish, and was a huge carb lover. I have been gluten free for almost a year snd feel much better, but I think I might just add some orgnic red meat to my diet and or some protein powder for afew weeks and see how I feel.
It would be wonderful if my nail ridges went away.
