I've had a fever of 101 for 3 days now. No cold or stomach issues. I had a flu shot. I'm even more achy and exhausted than usual, but other than that nothing. Very weird since my temp is usually around 97 and I never get fevers. Any thoughts?
Hi Jenny :)
Could you have picked up a virus of some kind? Stay warm, rest up and drink plenty fluids. Hope it passes soon. If it doesn't - see your doc in case you have an infection of some kind.
Take care - Scottie :)

Maybe just cuz you got he jab. It just reminded me of when my babies got their vaccinations. They ALWAYS ran a fever. Just a thought...
Could be due to the vaccination.
I'll sometimes have fevers of 99-100F, without any other sign of infection. Fevers can also be related to autoimmune diseases.
Sorry I didn't make it clear.....the flu shot was two months ago. 101 again last night. 97 this morning. Hopefully it will stay down this time.

Ahhhh, well then, not sure. I've heard that we have a tendency to run fevers out of the clear blue sometimes. I don't know...
It was gone all day, but I just started the chills and feeling achy yet again Took my temp and it's back to almost 101. Will call Dr for sure in the morning.

Keep us updated. Hoping for the best.
Thanks. Now it has shot up to 102. I'll be going to dr for sure today!
Well, the Dr is pretty sure it's a sinus infection. However I don't produce any mucous due to Sjogrens so I didn't have the usual green stuff when you have a sinus infection. The only way he could tell was by pushing on my face and I about jumped off the table. It makes sense as my sinuses have been even dryer than usual and the last couple of days have been burning. Hopefully the antibiotic will kick in soon.
