Title: B12 shots?
Post by: warmwaters on October 13, 2011, 08:59:16 PM
I have friend who's wife has lupus, and he's curious why my doctors haven't suggested B12 shots.  He says that she felt much better, and more energetic on B12.

Anyone tried B12?  Did it help?

Any pointers to research also much appreciated, though I am trying to dig into that as well.

Thanks!

You should have your B12 checked first to see if you actually need shots.

I agree with Anita, have your level checked  first.

I had a low  B 12 and was told to take a pill supplement then I was too high so now I take it every other day but still do not notice any difference in energy or anything.
