Joe,
This may be a stupid question, but when you say to breathe in and out, do you take a breath in your nose and out your nose or . . . out your mouth? (Does that make sense?)
Liz D.
With dry mouth I am more of a nose breather. Dry mouth often keeps me from speaking which is most likely a good thing. I do prefer to watch people whenever I can.
Yes nose.
I am presenting Electro-Herbalism at ValleyCon in Fargo October 21-23. I will also be presenting it at the Lake Harriette Spiritual Center Psychic Fair October 29-30 in Minneapolis.
Thanks, Joe!
In nose, out mouth for me.
