Hi all,
So had a new one today and I just want to cry. I try to go for a 3 mile run/jog most days because typically it relieves SO much stress and is the only thing that makes me feel normal again. Well today, as I was running, I felt like a ribbon or something fell down my left calf. It was almost like it was loosely wrapped around it. So I immediately look down and see nothing is there, only to have this same sensation travel up my body and throughout my left arm. I stopped and walked right away, and the sensation died down. But still feel sort of a buzzing here and there. I'm so frustrated. So of course I have all these fears racing through my mind right now. I'm trying to remind myself it's probably just some fleeting weird thing from the sjogrens and nothing permanent or to worry about. BUT...I'm not doing a very good job of keeping myself calm. Help!
Do you have any neck problems?
PN usually affects both sides, so maybe it is some sort of mild compression issue...especially since it improved when you stopping running. just a thought. You should pay attention next time you run to see if it repeats. If so, you should have it checked out.
Nnot to tottal disagree anita,, before I got the Dx of sfn,, I would get the water running down a leg feeling,, just one leg, then months later the other one,, at that point there was so much going on,, I had no clue
