Hello,
I was so afraid that our vacation in Sweden wouldn't go well, but i was wrong, it was fantastic! Ok, i couldn't hike as long we used to do, but we did some hikes and the day after that we didn't do much.
We have rtented on three places a house and went from the south of Sweden to the beginning of the north; the nature is amazing! Also amazing is the sauna. In every house we have a sauna and every evening I went in. My body really loves it! Does anyone else also noticed that the suana does great things for people with Sjogren? Maybe it is to soon for this conclusion but my sportschool has a sauna (I never went in the sauna, because after excercising I just want to go home) so from now on I will end my excercise with a visit to the sauna. Let's find out if it's true whether the sauna helps to feel better. And if the answer is yes, we have to find space in our house for a sauna ;-)
All the best for everyone!
Stans
very glad that you had a good vacation. :)
Dry or wet heat?
Yay! Glad Sweden was wonderful.
Yes, dry sauna's are wonderful for me!
Dry heat Jo.
Went to the gym today and ended the excercise with the sauna, lovely!
So glad to hear that your vacation was great.....sounds like a wonderful trip!
Thanks, Gonzo, for your post. The Wellness Center where I go for Arthritis Class has a dry sauna.
Just think I might give it another try!
Hi Gonzo,
I'm a little late here, but wanted to tell you I'm so happy that your vacation went so well!! I have only seen pictures of Sweden and it looks beautiful. So glad you had a good time. I know how we worry about what we may feel like doing, but you did great.
Ah, a sauna sounds lovely... ;) So glad you've found something to help feel good. We need to pamper ourselves just a bit.
Take care,
Melinda
