Tomorrow, my younger brother and SIL are coming for a weekend visit from Ohio. Our family has always liked playing jokes on each other. So . . . just for meanness . . . I have these fake lottery tickets where you scratch them off and you're a winner of $5,000 or $10,000. I also bought some "real" scratch off lottery tickets that I will give to my husband, son, SIL and save the fake one for my brother! ;D ;D
I'd get the video camera out, but I think that might be a bit too obvious!! hee hee
Bucky
THAT IS GREAT!!!! where do you get those tickets? I think I am going to do that for christmas stocking stuffers for my neices and nephews??
That's pretty funny, Bucky. Somehow, I don't think several people in our family would find that amusing. But I hope you guys have fun and enjoy your weekend together. ;)
Bucky,
I'm holding my breath, waiting to hear the outcome of your little prank. Please update!
Cheryl
Okay Bucky, ya gotta take some pictures! ;) ;D And have a great time with the family! :D

Stay out of arms reach, in fact, maybe its best to leave the state when he finds out its a fake
I have seen this trick played twice on 2 people and the outcome wasn't pretty.
My son saw this trick played on a college friend and it ended with a busted jaw.
I hope all goes well with your joke and no one gets violent. Don't let them leave with the ticket without telling them because it can be pretty embarrassing if the ticket is turned in for cash.
Update . . . . well, I handed out lottery tickets to my hubby, son, SIL and brother - everybody starts scratching off their tickets. My brother's eyes are getting big and he says, "oh boy, I just need one more $10,000 and I've got a winner!". Then, for some reason, he turns the ticket over and reads: "Winning tickets of $100 or more must be sent by mail or in person to the Money Fairy, 123 NoWhere Drive, In Make-Believe Land. Valid only in your dreams."
BUSTED!! :(
It was still fun . . . I've got one I'm saving for the next time I see my Dad (he lives in another state). ;D
Nancylee - I've had these for years, but I think I got them at the Dollar Store.

Guess it pays to be "mean" to your siblings once in a while. ;) While my brother was here visiting he never mentioned anything about my upcoming birthday. My SIL treated me to lunch while they were here and said it was for my birthday (just her and I went, so my brother wasn't with us).
In the mail last week, I get these two retired Yankee Candle jar candles - Lemon Chiffon (mmmmm, they smell soooo good!). These are one of my favorite fragrances and my brother has bought me one of these before because he knows I like them. These candles were for my belated birthday.
Yesterday in the mail, I get a card with three gift cards in them for my birthday from my brother. WOW! :o He sure spent a lot on my birthday.
He probably forgot about the prank I pulled on him while he was here visiting. LOL :D
Bucky
Hey Bucky,
Does your brother want another sister??? Those candles sure do smell yummy!
