The cake was unusual - it was a granola cake with a little fruit. It was very nice, but not the sort that would keep - sorry!
BTW the little demon with the curls and pink bridesmaid dress is Mia, who had been a screaming terror for 4 days, but was an angel when she needed to be on the wedding day. The little boy in the wedding outfit like his dad's is Logan. He is 5 tomorrow. My hubby is the one in the wedding outfit and the sunglasses, and my mum is the lady in the blue and gold dress.

The wedding was at the Avanti hotel in Paphos. It was a beautiful place, and although the wedding party was fewer than 20, the staff at the hotel were second to none. The reception was held on a schooner going out from Paphos harbour. That was very expensive for what they actually provided, but we had some wonderful photos taken there too. I will let you see one when they are available. As Sarah and Michael had to return home the day after the wedding, hubby and I are having the kids for a week next year, so they can have a 'honeymoon' in Paphos to celebrate their first anniversary.

What a great wedding and what a great place to have a wedding. Did you get sunburned??? I suspect that hats are now back in fashion and they look good. You looked very nice and I would be willing to bet at least one person said "but you don't look sick".

We had a family member take the pictures at our daughter's outdoor wedding in the fall of 2009. We were so impressed how well she did! Both of us will have some beautiful family pics to remember and share over the years.

I normally burn quite badly, so generally have the long sleeve cotton tops, mid calf trousers and sun hat. However, on the wedding day, although I used my pashmina when in direct sun, I was uncovered for a while. However, I was covered in factor 50 sunblock, and thankfully didn't burn.
Nobody said, but you don't look sick, but I did take things as easy as I could, and spent a lot of time at the reception just sitting and observing. The strength came from somewhere that day, for which I'm truly thankful. We arrived home on Sunday and I did very little until Thursday, as I was shattered. Then Friday I was back at work.
It was a pleasure to share the photos. I'm hoping to have some from the reception soon, to share with you.
