Hi fellow Soggies :D
Here we are, a brand new month - April 2011. Along with this new month comes some new birthdays and anniversaries.
We'd like to celebrate the occasion with you - so, if you want, tell us the date of your celebration.
Happy Birthday and Happy Anniversary to our members who celebrate the occasion in April.
I'm always glad to have a celebration that involves cake and/or presents! ;D

Also Sunday 3rd of April is Mothers day in the Uk. So Happy mothers day to all mums who are reading this.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, ANNIVERSARY AND UK MOTHER'S DAY TO ALL!
Also, I am an April baby and will be celebrating the big 4-0 on April 20th!!!! WAHOO!
Happy birthday and anniversary to everyone celebrating this month!
Happy Mothers Day to all of the mums in the UK too!
May you all enjoy your special days!
Thanks Mrs Bucky
The concert in London was fab, and then we did some shopping before arriving home late last night. Today has been hectic - as you know, it's Mother's Day, and I've had two of my three sons here for lunch, alongside two little grandies. One of the biggest blessings has been a beautifulul card from my formerly estranged son. I feel so lucky.
Kathyx
Glad you enjoyed the concert Kathy!
Sounds like your Mothers Day was pretty special too...I'm happy for you!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY today to staff member, Linda. Hope you are enjoying your special day!! ;D
Bucky
Wishing you a vey happy birthday Linda.
Kathyx
Thanks, Ladies. In large part due to my friends online, this has been a lovely birthday!
Happy Birthday Linda :)
Happy Anniversary today to Bonnie and hubby. Enjoy your celebration. :D

We get a double whammy in April--anniversary and my hubby's birthday. Everything is on hold for celebration until after taxes are filed though...hopefully a go for the weekend.
Knees
Knees - you don't mention what day of the month is your anniversary, so I will just say . . . HAPPY ANNIVERSARY to you and hubby now. :D Also, Happy Birthday to your hubby!
I certainly hope there is some cake "somewhere" in the two celebrations!! ;D
Tomorrow is my hubby's b-day, and yes, there WILL be cake!! Yay!! Do I pick MY favorite or his?!? LOL Actually, what he'd prefer is a pecan pie . . . but, I hesitate to get one as with his diabetes he's not suppose to eat that, plus, he doesn't need all those calories. :o
Bucky
Hi Ms Bucky
Happy birthday for your hubby for tomorrow. I think you should decide what to have - and if need be, do him a favour by eating his too ;D
Kathyx
OK Bucky, ya hadda ask...my hubby and I got married on April Fool's Day, very apt, lol. And the story I am saving for in case I ever get on Jeopardy and have to have an amusing anecdote is that we got married TWICE--the priest who did the ceremony wasn't licensed in our state, so we nipped down to the JofP the day before the wedding to have it legalized without telling our folks. They had traveled too far to tell them it was a sham. 28 years, and 56 anniversaries because we celebrate both!
The birthday is more flexible depending on our work schedules, this year it will be the 16th. I'm giving him cookies so we can do portion control.
Happy Birthday to your hubby, what kind of cake/pie did you decide on?
Knees - hubby decided on the Chocolate Fudge cake. It was one of those small Pepperidge Farm cakes (those things are good). He ate a big piece and then told us (son and I) that was all he was eating - the rest was ours. :D
Jordozmom - sending you an early Happy Birthday for next Wednesday. I'll be out-of-town next week and not sure if I will have computer access. Enjoy your BIG celebration!! ;) Are you doing anything special for the occasion?
