I can across this book on another list. Here's a site that has the pdf of the entire book:

It looks quite useful, a little more technical that the trade books on the subject.

Very cool - thanks! Was about to order the Sjogren's handbook but a newer edition is coming out in Sept of this year. Will read this book in the mean time.

I forgot to mention that there's also a 300 page textbook dedicated to Sjogren's coming out this summer. A bit pricey though.
