You know how we get songs stuck in our heads? Well this morning I woke up hearing that little toddler song "Head and Shoulders, Knees and Toes." I realized that all of those places were hurting, and the song was expanded a bit to make a Sjogren's version. If you think I'm crazy, just blame it on my sleepless night. If you can relate, feel free to sing along! :) And add as many verses as you wish!
Head and shoulders, knees and toes, head and shoulders, knees and toes. They all hurt, but no one thinks it shows! Head and shoulders, knees and toes.
Head and s, k and t; h and s, k and t. Tried to touch them, fell and barely rose! H and s, k and t.
Head and shoulders, knees and toes; head and shoulders, knees and toes. Eyes are burning; sores inside my nose. Head and shoulders, knees and toes.
Head and shouders, K and t; h and s, k and t. Constipation, lots of gastric woes! H and s, k and t.
H and s, k and t; h and s, k and t. Can't remember how it's supposed to close.... ??? Head and shoulders, knees and toes!
I just came up with the Full body CT scan version using that song the other day. Head and chest and pelvis and abdomen... LOL
Cute Cheryl . . . . sleep deprivation will get you every time!! ;)

But, I can't remember why??? :-\
LOL! ;D I have worked with small children for many years. Know that song well. It just ends with ..."Head , shoulder, knees and toes, knees and toes!" I actually sang a version the other day...LOL
Head , shoulder, knees and toes, knees and toes! Head , shoulder, knees and toes, knees and toes!
Dry eyes and mouth and of course our itchy nose! Head , shoulder, knees and toes, knees and toes!

I missed this the first time around...how funny! ;D
I was singing this just the other day to my husband and MIL. She asked how I was feeling that day (she's so sweet) and I said, well, ok I guess except for my...head, shoulders, knees and toes. Then the song hit me. I said knees and toes, knees and toes. She was cracking up!
