I bought those funny looking sneekers that are arc shaped on the bottom--like a rocker. The claim is this shoe will work your legs and butt and while helping your back and knees. It has been cold out and on my tile floors my feet really chill. However, my feet are not cold--not one bit. Perhaps it is the extra thick sole that insulates the foot. Two days with no cold feet.
I've seen them advertised. It looked like it might be hard to balance on for those of us with severe arthritis and muscle weakness. Did it feel uncomfortable or different at all?
