Just a reminder for those of us in the United States.
Spring ahead - so set your clocks ahead and lose an hour of sleep.
I have already started changing a number of clocks in my house. I know I will forget at least one somewhere, but figure I might as well start to convince myself now of the time change.
Ohiocat . . . hopefully, another family member won't come along and change the clocks tonight too!! :o Bad enough to lose one hour of sleep than alone two hours of sleep. LOL
WOOHOO . . . Spring officially starts one week from today!! ;D

This is always the hardest time change for me to adapt to for some reason. With that in mind, I'd already put in to take Monday off from work so I'll have an extra day to deal with it before getting up what will seem to be an hour earlier. These time changes are just unnatural to our bodies inner clocks...I wish they'd find a time and stick with it throughout the year. :-\
Oh hec - that time of year again?
This side of the pond we are behind you. I'm going to get gloriously confused and will probably miss 'staff meetings'. The 'eurochats' will prolly stick to GMT but my brainfog won't let me explain what that means in terms of Wed chat being early or late for the US side of the pond.
Take care - Scottie :)
If your local time changes this weekend (most of the US and Canada) then add an additional hour to the GMT/UTC time of eurochat. For example, for me, Wednesday chat is 3PM, or GMT/UTC-4, and once the time changes, it will be 4PM (GMT/UTC -3) until the time advances in Greenwich, which is in another couple of weeks, isn't it?
British summer time usually starts at midnight on the last Saturday in March. Good in some ways but hate to get used to rising at 6am in the dark again!
Hope all us British Mums have had a day of pampering today - Mother's Day. Made lunch for Mum, Dad and 3/5 offspring. No3 son is working and no 1 daughter on a Spanish exchange. Everyone is fed now and deposited home - Mother's Day can start properly now!

Happy Mother's Day to all the British Mums on here! Mother's Day here in the States isn't until May 9...the day after my birthday.
And yes, I hate that I'll have to get ready for work in the dark again now...ugh!
