Being the Thanksgiving Holiday for those of us in the USA on Thursday I thought it would be nice for us to focus on things we are thankful for.
For me, I am thankful for my 3 boys, my hubby, a good friend that has Fibromyalgia that understands what it means to hurt even though we look fine on the out side (afterall we have to keep smiling), and to have found this site.
Bless you all,
Leslie
I am thankful for my faith in God and how it has helped me so many times through difficult times. I am thankful for my husband, children and other family members. I have so many good friends. We have jobs, plenty to eat and warm homes. I am very grateful to be in Florida this winter, enjoying gorgeous weather. I am grateful for this site and the people I've met through it.
I could go on and on but I am just very THANKFUL.

In late June of this year I found this website, as do not know another individual in my area that has SS.... ::)
Wonderful only begins to express my appreciation for all the SS friends and their posts. :)
It is now part of my daily routine to check in and read "As Sjoggies' World Turns!" 8)
Thanks a million for being here... Truly, you inspire me beyond words!! Wait a minute; I'm a comin'!... Granny J :-* Y
I am also thankful for so many things. I am thankful for my husband, son, daughter-in-law, and the rest of my family. I am thankful for God who helps me each day to make it through. I am also thankful for my furry kids. (4dogs, Buddy, Matilda,Jo Jo, and lil'Anne-1Big white cat,Charlie) oh, and 1 frog, a gift from my kids at school ::) His name is Freddie. I am thankful to have my home, food, clothes, and friends. I am so so thankful for my family here.

I am thankful for my family (my husband, 2 daughters, and 1 son), my parents, my step parents, brother, and sister-for their love and support. I am thankful for my friends. I am thankful for my faith in God and the wonderful priest and his wife at our church. I'm thankful for this website and my cyber friends-for your support and words of encouragement. I'm thankful for my life and what I am still able to do.
Right now, I'm thankful for having good health insurance, if I didn't I wouldn't be writing this because I'd either be dead or living on the streets. This is unfortunately the fate of million of Americans and I will be thinking about them as I eat my turkey on Thursday and consume all of my medications before turning in for the night. No mater how bad the think you have it, someone you probably can't see has it a lot worse then you.
Even though we don't have Thanksgiving in the UK I thought I'd join in with my thanks ...
I am thankful for ... my truly wonderful children (although they're far away: one in London, one in New York and one in Cambridge) and my husband here at home in Brighton ... for my friends who are supportive and kind in practical ways ... for professional and caring doctors, nurses, physiotherapists ... for the privilege of the National Health Service so that all my treatment is free and my illness has not had a financial impact on my family ...
I am also truly thankful for SjS World and for the good people I have met here who give their time and love to us all.
I hope you all have a wonderful time on Thursday.
