If you came to my house and rang the doorbell I would have given you some candy..... ::).
I stopped even turning my light on anymore.....the last few years that I did there weren't any or at the most a few kids! I think a lot of families do different kinds of things now..they have parades and trick or treating at stores and/or house parties. It's a different world we live in now from when I was young. We used to go up and down the streets by ourselves trick or treating. Of course we did check our candy and didn't eat anything that was opened or torn...but we also knew our neighbors and families watched out for each others kids and we felt safe...not like today at all for many of us. It's kind of sad!
Well I have the flu since Friday. :P So I couldn't hand out any candy on the 31st.
I got three big bags of candy and I will just have to find some way to eat them all. ;)
That is why you always should buy what you like to eat!
