tips for dry eyes

Sjogren's - eyes dx Feb/06, variety of new symptoms 2015, seroneg, lip bx 6/16 neg; early AMD; chronic lymphocytic leukemia dx 2006; kidney disease stage 3; breast ca - surgeries, radiation 2014
Rx:  coversyl+, amitriptyline; supps: Vitalux, Omega 3, calciuim

I take 5200 units of flaxseed every day. It is very good at lowering cholesterol also.

I take Pilocarpine (generic Salagen), Fish oil (1200 mg 2xday), and use a humidifier when the furnace is on.

And I spray my eyes at night (Nature's Tears)when I get up to pee (IC).

And I wash and massage my eyes in the morning with a warm/hot washcloth.
