I am sorry that you have to deal with this. I deal with the brain fog. I have trouble concentrating, and if I get real nervous or overwhelmed my head will hurt in a way it never use to before sjogren's / lupus.  It feels more like something pushing in on my brain.

Joe, those 2 natural products you mention, well, are they hard on the stomach if one has gerd? Also, do you think they would be ok to take where I also take Effexor?
