A+, I think mostly vegetables work well for my system.  I read a book about eating for your blood type years ago.  It was interesting to me to find that A+ is common for my nationality.  Therefore, it made sense that it would be healthier for me to eat foods that my forefathers ate, which is lots of veggies.  Cancer is not common in my family but I always thought aches and pains always comes with age.  My familiy members never took any medicine for aches and pains.

I am A+, not vegetarian, but do tend to eat more like a vegetarian than a meat eater.  I have found I feel better if I avoid meat, and dairy although I will eat some on occasion.
