Helpful products for cold hands & feet - Also mask for easier breathing in cold

In addition to ss  I also suffer from Renault's disease. I have been looking for products to help me stay warm.
This week a nurse told me there was an interesting segment on the Rachel Ray Show last Friday Jan 15.  They talked about products to help people stay warm.
I think that the products sound very interesting and could be very helpful - especially the mask for people with ss !
